Diamond Impregnated Wheel Bruter
The wheel-bruting process of a diamond in its first stages of 'rounding' is the basic process of bruting off the usually sharp corners after the laser sawing stage.

The wheel-bruting process of a diamond is its final stage for achieving 'perfect' roundness (with threshold of 1% off-roundness allowed). Most HSP stones have less than 0.5% off-roundness, which is graded as Excellent.

A special diamond impregnated wheel is used to 'polish' the diamond to perfect roundness. The parameters of diameter are inputed into the computer. Water is used to prevent heating and friction so as to maximize smoothness.
